Use to add flavor to your tea, add it to toast, cereal, smoothies or just enjoy it by the spoonful!

A beautiful combination of herbs and flavors! This honey leans toward a nutrient-dense, calming tonic that supports the nervous system with mineral-rich botanicals like nettle and oatstraw. The flavor profile is a sophisticated floral-earthy blend with a subtle, warming finish from the peppercorns to aid absorption.

Why we chose these herbs:

• The Nutritive Base: Nettle and Oatstraw act as a "herbal multivitamin," providing essential minerals like calcium and magnesium.

• The Calm: Chamomile, Passionflower, and Lavender work together to quiet the mind and soothe the nervous system.

• The Catalyst: A hint of crushed black peppercorns adds a subtle warmth and naturally enhances the absorption of the herbal nutrients.
